The online quote

You can use the calculator without creating an account or entering your name, email, bank details or ID. Device selections are processed in your browser and, when connected, by our shop’s quote service. The calculator uses the device specification and condition to produce an indicative price. A member of staff makes the final purchase offer after inspection.

Planning a visit

If you submit a planned visit, we collect your name, email, phone number, device and specification, condition, quote, chosen store, arrival date and time, and any notes you provide. We use these details to prepare for and contact you about your requested visit, taking steps at your request before a possible sale. You can get a quote without providing contact details; these are required only to send a visit notification.

Your visit is saved in our shop system and emailed to our business Gmail inbox. Our store team and hosting and email service providers process it for this purpose. We do not use this form to enrol you in marketing. Do not include passwords, bank details or ID documents in the form.

Visit records are scheduled for removal after 90 days during normal service use. Email correspondence is kept while needed to handle the visit, follow-up or any dispute. Records relating to a completed sale follow the store’s separate record-retention requirements.

Website operation

Our hosting provider processes connection information such as IP address and request details to deliver and secure the website. We use a hashed connection identifier to limit abusive visit submissions, in our legitimate interests of protecting the service. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies to this quote experience.

Contacting us and visiting a store

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to answer your query and take steps at your request before a sale. Store identity, ownership and payment checks are explained by the team when you sell. Request the store privacy information before supplying documents.

Maps, Apple support and other external websites have their own privacy notices. Following a link shares normal connection information with that website.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or ask about restrictions and data portability where applicable.
